Reason - What is/might be the reason that you got banned? Scamm and it was my fault.
Server - What server did you get banned from? SSRP S1
Time - How long were you banned for? Perma
Story - What happend? I scammed someone because i wanted to get my money back and i didnt have the stuff i bet thats why i wasnt able to pay him!
Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened? I know i did a big mistake and they were right for banning me but i wont do it again!!

Reaker is going to help you out and see about getting you unbanned but I doubt that will be the case unless you can pay the person back.
