Story - me and blocked did an agreed roll bet on 4 nukes and we didn't state anything about backing off and thus backing off is allowed so after he won i said nvm i'm backing off and then he said yeah i'm going to report you and then i said try i won't get banned for it and then etc' etc' msms tped to me and told me that i was scamming after telling him to go on the metting outcome that was in the 10/21/17 and showed him after a few times that i am right he told me no you are not right and he banned me

Proof - i don't have any proof of the admin sit but i do have proof of the agreed rules with blocked

Extra information - pls make your admins known about the rules at all time especially msms i'm also making an demote request and i'll be more than happy if you'll check it out

I've already explained this to you and give you 3 options to pay because you do not even have 4 nukes
I was trying to be nice with you as possible but you surprised me with your terrible attitude

Backing = scamming unless both parties agreed that it is allowed to back.
Unless you'll pay the nukes back (or any other items/money that blocked agrees to take) you'll stay banned.
