What happened? So i was AFK on Server 2 sat in my car and when i came back my guy was burnt to a crisp and they asked me how did i get my character and i told them that i was sat in my car when the nuke went off and then Jason gave me a warn with no explanation.
Anything you would find relevant to your warning(s)? No i was Playing with LucyLevi, HaqueUnboxings & haquewaheedul and i'm sure that they can vouch for me.

The warning was given because this is an exploit that was abused. By the story you have said, the warning should have not been given following the ethos, but do you have anything to back up your claims?

i do not have any proof as my recording software had crashed my PC at the time and i was with my mate LucyLevi

I can vouch for him going afk as i was on discord with him at the time

The same with me aswell I was on discord with him and he had gone afk.

As someone who's been banned and CM banned numerous times I can say that this is by far the shittiest warn I've ever seen in my entire life lol.

Even if it is an "exploit", this player model gives absolutely no advantage over any other model. It's not like some kid glitching a suit and being able to pocket it while keeping the stats. So even if he didn't go AFK, which he probably did, the warning "exploit" is EXTREMELY unspecific and looks bad on the guys rap sheet as the term ranges a wide spectrum of things ranging from just plain stupid(like this "exploit"), to doing something that could break the server or give an advantage over others

I have spoken with Jason, and we have decided to give you the benefit of the doubt, and so the warn will be removed. Remember that you shouldn't be trying to use chairs or cars in order to survive nukes, however since we cannot be sure whether this was intentional, the warn will be removed.
