I have spoken with Cyper, and we feel that your punishment needs to remain in place, due to the fact that you clearly tried to gamble money that you didn't have, you did so on two accounts, and you also tried to change your name in order to avoid the punishments. In the time that you are banned, I would suggest that you read the rules fully before you proceed to make another appeal.
