Reason - What is/might be the reason that you got banned? Scamming

Time - How long were you banned for? Permanent ban
Story - Me and Alexanderz gambled for 300m and I basically didn't pay him after he won I regret it alot, and I also ban evaded with an alternate account.
Proof - No need for proof, I admit.
Extra information - I originally got banned for scamming I would give them the money/items back but since i gave all my items and money away when i left i can no longer do that. Since i really wanted to play once again i decided to do a really stupid thing which was ban evade so I could mine and make money so I could pay back the person so I would get unbanned and be able to play once again LEGALLY. I know what I did was still wrong but my intentions werent harmful. Since I can no longer do this I wish to come to an arrangment to the person i originally scammed. For example I could pay the user back a certain amount of money each week/day until I get my debt paid off. I would like to pay him 100m right now and pay the rest of the money later on. I truely am sorry for my mistakes.
