Story - What happend? I throwed nitro and some dude caught my nitro and whent to allot of people and let the nitro go and they blowed up

You were the one to throw the nitro therefore it was responsibility. You should of supervised the player you threw the nitro at and not allow him to rdm people with your nitro. You also had recents.

I've talked with R-flex and came to conclusion to deny your appeal.

It's your responsibility to make sure your nitro isn't being used to RDM and you have recent punishments as well, wait it out.
