TOPIC: Ban appeal for Arkio (Teamspeak ban)

Reason - Making a joke in teamspeak that he did not like

Story - Was on teamspeak talking to para, lucy and someone else, I forget the username, para asked lucy a question, she answered, he asked again, there was palpable tension in the air, so I interjected asking the other user what he was studying, there was a lot of laughing, para was obviously not impressed.. I then made a joke that while others in the room continued to laugh at, I guess para got offended and instantly banned me, no warning of any kind. Fair enough if he was offended and my joke was against rules, not sure if it was or not, given the things i've heard said on the servers with no backlash..., but to say his reaction was heavy handed would be a bit of an understatement, especially seeing as in the terms it states I should receive a warning before being banned instantly. (addition) I did say on the team speak moments before he banned me that I was sorry and I was just trying to cut the tension with humour.

I don't want you unbanned until you say sorry on this topic. that is just my opinion though.
I am a forgivable person when they apologize and everybody knows that. ( this of course excludes people who go from one offense to another ))

Para had said something to me that i then agreed as a good ultimatum.
This will basically be, Reply back to this topic saying you are sorry for the "joke" stated by para, and we will happily unban you,(but a meaningful one).

Para didn't hear you say sorry in the channel, and i personal don't fully recall it.

Reply back with a meaningful sorry, and we will unban you.
