Story - I got davie banned as he was teamkilling us on purpose so he found a clip of me killing him earlier in the day. I didn't mean to kill him however the kill was valid, he was standing outside of the nuke where he was in an area where i know he had NLR as i killed him at the start of my clip in that area and he was loitering heavily outside and clearly working with raiders as his teammate who I was aiming for when i killed him was throwing an emp for davie to push with the grapple he was holding.

It seems like you made a genuine mistake and slumpted has acknowledged that, you have now been unbanned from the server, we are all human and we understand that mistakes happen, Just to add onto this, as you cannot be prevented from making appeals, but the likeliness of one being accepted for any future bans will be considerably lower due to the amount of recents.

As for the NLR surrounding nukes and police raiding said nuke, feel free to make a rule change suggestion if you can think of a change that would benefit the server, we are always open to change.
