What would you like to add?: Limit emergency fuel to 1 use per hour (?)
How would it benefit the server/why do you want to add this? Most people with a mediocre amount of money never visit the gas station and just spam emergency fuel 6 times. If you aim at the car hood from the right angle they will drop right into the car and you will effortlessly have a full gas tank. It's more than fair for them to take consideration in their gas and not take long drives with 10L of fuel.

It would make game little bit harder so I'll give +Support
