TOPIC: Ban/demote request feature: suggested punishment

What would you like to add?: A line in the template that states your suggested punishment:
BANTIME DAY/WEEK/MONTH - WARNING/DEMOTE
How would it benefit the server/why do you want to add this?:
This way the requests will not be as black and white. The complaint filers will have some insight on the way admins judge a request and they will be able to negotiate about the ban time with the person if he/she admits. This makes it so that both sides are satisfied in the outcome. I also expect allot of people to now feel like they are in control on their ban requests.

I like this, instead of spending 2min. copying everything, there should be a template WHEN you make it already.

It would be good but people would suggest punishments which are to extreme because they are angry +Support
