Which server is this suggestion for?: Zuthars, DarkRP and ZombieRP

As the title suggests i think the entire ZARP DarkRP community would agree that this is a missing but necessary feature. The rules clearly state that you can't use ooc for reporting to admins. But only admins can see the @. Which means that mods can't even provide help if people actually follow the rules.
So i suggest:
Either change or specify the rules on this subject a little more, or make a @m feature for people to legitimately report to moderators. Or the @ feature could be changed so that mods can see it as well.

Would it be exploitable, and if, how could we make it non-exploitable?: No it can not be exploited, maybe regarding spamming issues it could.

Additional notes: This is rather urgent.

Or just make a new one for mods, if there is a propblock its easier for the admin to solve.

Morpheus, the Players always call for admin. Have you ever seen someone say "Mod to me"

Wouldnt really be useful. Ok if mods would be able to see the calls we get in the @ chat. that would benefit instead of mods getting their own channel which in my opinion wont be used as much i think. I'd say that if we are adding/ Changing anything, it should be that mods can see the @ chat for admins aswell.
