TOPIC: Stealing cars respawn timer

I'm fed up with people stealing cars then the owner re-spawning the car straight after the player stole it, its such a bad fail rp and I would love some kind of rule put in place to when someone steals a car the owner can NOT respawn it for at least 20 minutes, this would make the rp better and give the owner of the car a challenge to retrieve their car, I spoke to some people on Team speak about it and they think its a great idea so I have posted it here, let me know what you guys think.

Personally, I haven't really seen anyone steal cars. xD
Maybe I'm just not looking around enough.

Anyway, seems like a good idea. It'd be unfair for the thief to just steal a car and then immediately lose it.

I don't really get this? Once you've spawned your car, you'll have to wait to spawn another car untill your car gets destroyed. So if the 'robbers' of the car dosen't destroy it, he won't be able to retrieve a new car. Pt. this dosen't seem like a good idea,

Okay let me start this. I thought that you didn't have anger issues, which you clearly told every single adminstrator that you didn't have those kind of 'issues'

Now let me explain to you what's wrong.
No that's not correct, the amount of time you'll have to wait is 15 minutes (which dosen't make a big diffrence to your suggestion)

Again i do know how the car system works, after 15 minutes you can spawn another.

Okay Osecret, i was basically answering all your questions, now you should somehow try to avoid being angry that easy, meaning that you should not get angry because i am doing a -support on your suggestion. And as i said, i am going to stay at a big fat-support

well I can understand how someone doesn't know about the car timer. I didn't even know myself as I never use cars much myself.

I personally think that there are some mix arguments here.. I'm going to stick to nothing for now. It may be good, but I'm not quite sure.

Anyway, in regards to this, I think the only way to get your car back unless it is destroyed/removed should be to manually retrieve it.

Will wait for further opinions...
