So I thought about some things on the forums since I am very active on the forum and I came to the conclusion we should add a Private Area on the forums.

We should have a area which is only accessible by staff members.
Before you say we got the Teamspeak for that listen to this.

We could use that private forum part for like making a thread about what happenend in the meetings (for admins)
What changes are coming. So we all got a overview of stuff and we can easily check them at anytime.

Doing it only in Teamspeak just ends in chaos and it would be better if we got the Topics and also other related stuff somewhere saved so we can check it.

Also some suggestion can be made and then only be discussed by team. Think about it.

Of course this should be added on the new forums not on this one then.

What are the benefits of your suggestion ?

Better organization.
Better team handling.
Improving that every staff member is up to date with news.

What could be the possible negative outcome of your suggestion ?
