Which server is this suggestion for?:DarkRP
What would you like to add?: I would like there to be a feature on the server that makes it before you become mutant there is a set of rules you must read first about mutant RDM.
How would it benefit the server/why do you want to add this? It is really annoying when players think they can kill anyone they want as a mutant and it is quite annoying.
Would it be exploitable, and if, how could we make it non-exploitable? Nope
Additional notes: May be a pain to go through each time, if possible to have it come up around like the first 3-5 times you become mutant (if possible) so if they miss it they can still read it.

One other thing it could be would be to make you take a small quiz before you can become mutant. It would be like how some jailbreak servers make you take a quiz before you can be guard. Did you read the other posts? that is exactly what I am saying. People never read the MOTD so I was suggesting that when you switch to mutant there is a set of rules you must read or a quiz you fill out to make sure you know them.
