TOPIC: Zarp Suggestions for New Map!

Which server is this suggestion for?: ZARP Dark RP
What would you like to add?: Well, First off, I believe there should be a Radio Room/Tower in the new map if one is not being currently implemented. Secondly, I think Radio Managers have to stay in the Radio Tower will in that current job. Thirdly, we could implement Car Addon's Such as Car Radio, Headlights,and Paint Jobs. Then we could have radio's where they could talk about on Going World Wide Topics, or Play Music!
How would it benefit the server/why do you want to add this? I believe it makes players VERY frusturated when getting on a server and having Crappy Music Spammed into there Ears.
Would it be exploitable, and if, how could we make it non-exploitable? NOPE
