I was thinking of a zarp music shop where you can search and buy music using zarp points or you own money and then instead of streaming through your mic you can click play in game so there isn't any background noise. Or you can just untick stream and play it normally

Yea, would be much easier for the radio manager.

Could be the same it is now, but when no radio manager is present there could be a stream playing meaning there would never be dead air.

Me and Ice already made a Radio manager that streamed music trough PlayX, works very good
