TOPIC: Rework the weapon shelf entity

What would you like to add?:Overhaul of the weaponshelf
How would it benefit the server/why do you want to add this? Make gun dealers more enjoyable, make the weapon shelf gui fit with the rest of the darkrp content.
Would it be exploitable, and if, how could we make it non-exploitable? No, it would actually fix the exploit that is currently there.
Additional notes:

The code for the weapon shelf and it's GUI aren't very good and need a rework.
The GUI is kinda lame and not too pleasant compared to the F4 menu or the ammo crate GUI.

As a possible fix to the weapon dupe bug with the shelf, i'd recommend that you integrate your inventory system into the weapon shelf, so that weapons are added from your inventory rather than picked up and placed onto the shelf. This of course would completely remove the possibility of duping the weapons.

As for the GUI, i just suggest making it more clean and to follow suit with the general ZARP GUI theme.
