What would you like to add?: Faster walkspeed.
How would it benefit the server/why do you want to add this? The walkspeed on the server atm is incredibly slow, and there are alot of people complaining about the walkspeed, i think the walkspeed should be changed to a more realistic speed.
Would it be exploitable, and if, how could we make it non-exploitable? No.

I agree. Come on - it's ridiculously slow so that if my vehicle fails I can't find the effort to go back to spawn because of stamina.

Train your stamina or buy coffee to boost your stamina at burger king.

If your car is broken, get a taxi. A friend to pick you up or lie in /911 that someone shot you. ~ might get you arrested. You can't just 'speedhack' because you got yourself in trouble.
