What would you like to add?
I propose that the following question is removed from the moderator application. Either this, or the minimum requirement removed.
How would it benefit the server/why do you want to add this?
People struggle upon fulfilling the 150 word limit for a question that literally says nothing. It is useless because:

• There isn't any mentoring or training (from what I've seen, anyway) at this ZARP.
• It's very difficult to say something that's worth reading here.
• Because of the above, people often are on the receiving end of critique merely because of the minimum requirement.

Why have a question for something that doesn't even apply anymore?

Agreed, many people can't reach the requirement, because there is not much to say there.

The only thing worth saying is I wish I get a good mentor, blah blah, I wish I learn some stuff...
