The NPCs disappear when someone remove them (admin) or someone arrest them. And the PD idk..

I know about the npcs but they wernt even in the jails and I searched the whole map and couldn't find them :(

There is also a crash thing in PERP when someone runs over road spikes on purpose or accident it will crash the server.
