What would you like to add?: ability to make Custom rank for Organisations, If not possible then atleast CO-OWNER or that you can make other people Owner.
How would it benefit the server/why do you want to add this?: Beacouse when someone wants to have custom ranks they can't, or if someone makes an org with someone and they both want to be owners.
Would it be exploitable, and if, how could we make it non-exploitable?: nope

This would be a great idea, and so you can change if they can kick/invite etc also.

Making custom permission system and rank system for that will just make me rewrite completely the whole system, besides - all those saving of custom tables and checking for configuration on every action will use ALOT but ALOT of resources and make the server extremely laggy.
