add a timer to refresh drug runs
How would it benefit the server:
Much better then doing it cuz you need to refresh it when there is nothing worth in there

There is already a huge drug run update on the trello, adding this now would be useless, this is also a jewish suggestion.

the feature is free items, it has a downside (shit items in there) consider taking the shit items so the better ones pop up, hope this helps
