How would it benefit the server: another reason to use the gang hideouts as they will have another use other than giving a small amount of exp, also another method of getting gang loot

Martin is working on an update that should hopefully be released soon which he has been calling "gang hideouts 2.0", "gang hideouts" will get an overhaul, so I guess this is accepted
