Suggestion Title: Limit to amount of punishment requests over a period of time on forums (1 a day before being muted for spamming)

How would it benefit the server: Stop spamming of punishment requests over little things, help admins by making players use f1 system instead of spamming forums, keep more players on the server by limiting punishment requests on stupid shit like harrassment and emphasing punishment requests on more severe rule breaks.

Potential Issues/Exploits: No

Additional notes: 1/3 of the topics on the first page of the forums are punishment requests by sinz currently.

why and how

This is unlikely to be accepted, you're much better off using zMute for the time being.

This isn't going to happen, as much as it can be annoyance. Situations involving "spam" should only be treated on a case by case basis as opposed to limiting everyone.

If there was a limit there would be one post with several reports on different users and that can be as much of an annoyance for server staff to deal with. Minuscule rulebreaks should be dealt with in-game or by contacting the relevant server staff.

It won't happen, I can ask Callum to implement a block user feature perhaps in the future but for now you can just use this extension which Mr. Richard has also provided:

There is nothing wrong with creating reports on the forums.
