Server Name: ssrp

Suggestion Title: make it so we can see other players drug lab times

How would it benefit the server: if other players are basing they can see how much time is left on their friends drug labs

Potential Issues/Exploits: nope

Additional notes: im not sure if its a bug or not but it should be changed
