Suggestion Title: revert ttt to 24/7

How would it benefit the server:
The server is completely dead and it used to be so much active during b5

Potential Issues/Exploits:
N/A

Additional notes: hey callum instead of locking this I genuinely want player feedback on this Suggestion previous one I made got locked in less then 20 minutes

so instead of locking this allow players to voice their opinion thanks

The debate between 24/7 Minecraft and map rotation has been around for a long time. IIRC, a second TTT server was set up that had map rotation yet it didn't last very long. Why was that the case?
