Suggestion Title: Maxwell the cat

How would it benefit the server: It will be tone of fun with this new addition

Potential Issues/Exploits: The only issues would be permanent cuteness

Additional notes: He will be a great addition to the server where you could carry him everywhere!!!!

This could be a great addition on Pointshop for the Pets Update but such a thing would be unnecessary on SSRP.
