Suggestion Title: Chat Box - Current staff online - etc ..

How would it benefit the server: They're actually lots of benefits for it. Helps to communicate faster - provides instant assistance - set up live events - live chat for forums instead of useless posts.

Potential Issues/Exploits: If you build it correctly there won't be any exploits or potential issues

You can find this at the bottom of the index page: Also, forum chat boxes and live support are used for cases where there is no insant-message platform involved.
