Suggestion Title: Female mayor

How would it benefit the server: Not getting cancelled!

Potential Issues/Exploits: NO

Additional notes: Its unacceptable that you can not choose to be a female mayor on zarp in 2022. I would like to see this added as soon as possible!

the mayor currently has no gender, how are you defining the current mayor as male?
