Suggestion Title: Decrease amount of weight drugs uses

How would it benefit the server: my inventory wouldn't be full just from holding some amphetamine

Potential Issues/Exploits: none

Additional notes: why does a singular amphetamine weigh more than an ACS ( a literally suit of armour ) this is so zarp and i think it should be changed...

Pretty sure the weight is what it is for balancing when inventory drugs was new (as stupid as that sounds for such an item)
