Suggestion Title:
Remove the ability to vote on spectators

How would it benefit the server:
Dont lose gems because you vote on people who literally cannot win

Potential Issues/Exploits:
None

Additional notes:
I just lost 1k because i decided to bet on jim jam. Due to the intense hustle and bustle of TTT i didnt realise he was actually spectating so i lost a grand for no reason. Silly feature in my opinion pls remove from the server
