Suggestion Title: Make "new items" clickable in inventory

How would it benefit the server: QOL

Potential Issues/Exploits: No

Additional notes: Make "new items" section clickable in inventory and it brings up the menu as if you clicked it in the regular inv like in the old F4 menu

edit: there is also an issue with the new items as it only works sometimes? for example if i drop an item right now and pick it up, it doesn't come up as a new item (but it does appear in the notifications)
