TOPIC: New Player Upgrade [SSRP Suggestion]

Suggestion Title:
Double Drug Collection Character Upgrade
How would it benefit the server:
Could make drug growing and producing more viable and worth the time to do. Especially for newer players, gives them another way to make money.
Potential Issues/Exploits:
None that i know of
Additional notes:
Basically as it says in the name of the upgrade, when you collect a shroom, weed, or produce a drug you get 2x the amount of one harvest. I would love to see more things done to the drug production side of zarp!

Drugs are balanced in such a way that at maximum they can currently give about the same as printing - having a guaranteed double collection just for a character upgrade would be way too OP, but we have some plans regarding replacing the Pharmacy skill which may help!
