Issue/Bug: only being able to vote 2 maps during mapvote

Date/Time: any time

Server: prop hunt

Brief description of the issue/bug: players are only able to vote 2 maps at a time, making it boring as there are only a limited amount of maps to choose from.

Lua errors: unsure as i dont code

I've changed the max amount of maps that can be displayed on the RTV (Map Vote system) from 3 to 5 - Meaning there will be 5 options to vote for another map, whilst the 6th option will be to extend the map you are currently playing on.
