Eternal Zombie Changes
How would it benefit the server:
PVP more balanced
Potential Issues/Exploits:
none
Additional notes:
1. Gang members and allies cannot heal the eternal zombie with M9k weapons (add a rule so cannot loophole this by leaving the gang)
2. Only allow up to 1500 HP to be restored (can no longer heal until suit is taken off)
3. Nerf the permanent double damage to 1.5x or lower
