Suggestion Title: Change map to Paralake City V5

How would it benefit the server: Downtown is a very boring RP map and no one ever plays it on ZARP anymore in comparison to the newest map on S1, to keep a diversion of different maps, why not change the current SSRP USA map to Paralake? Paralake is a very amazing map with plenty of places to base, it even has a casino included meaning not too much work would need to be done!

The map has plenty of shopping areas to have your gamemode NPC's placed inside of, a hospital and much more which you can find on the workshop page.

Another amazing benefit about moving to Paralake is that the fifth iteration of the map does not require players to install CSS, meaning there will be no missing map textures!

The potential is unreal with this map on SSRP, it would be fun to try out and even maybe potentially have a map rotation for SSRP since this is uniquely different and freshening up gameplay can be simply done through monthly map changes/
