Server Name: Zarp TTT

Suggestion Title: Lower the amount of rounds to 8 & add a plugin that makes the last round a Power Round

How would it benefit the server: People wouldn't get bored as fast when the map changes more often (rn there is a lot of RTVing going on whenever the rounds start reaching the final 7) & Power Rounds would add more excitement and anticipation for the last round.

Potential Issues/Exploits: none, i think

Additional notes: This is the PR addon: www.gmodstore.com/market/view/power-roun...r-ttt-ph-jb-mb-dr-gw The server i played on for years had this addon and everyone loved the addition of it. It has full customizability allowing you to create your own Power Rounds that are unique to Zarp, along with having some pre-made options. The reviews on the link page explain it much better than i ever could so check it out.

Just sounds like one of those things that players, after a while, will become bored and annoyed of it

That's always a possibility & my experience only comes from the one server i was a part of but for all those years everyone had fun with power rounds. With the amount of customizability the addon offers it is quite quick and easy to code new special modes to offer something new and fun. I personally think this would be a great addon to at least trial since it costs pretty much nothing anyway.

Edit: It would also add some variety and depending on the PR, it also tends to change up the usual meta and playstyle of TTT

I guess there would be no harm in giving it a go and see how players like it. What sort of rounds would you want to be implemented?

Well, im not a very creative person and this plugin is only limited by ones imagination so, honestly idk. What i liked back in the day was low gravity rounds, special rules etc. But it would totally be up to the dev team as im sure they are much more creative than i am. On a side note, i would be willing to pay for this plugin myself if needed. I truly loved this plugin and it added so much fun to a server.

Hello Ruby.

While I can see why you may want the auto map change to be lowered, I am going to have to deny this suggestion. We have the rock the vote system in place which can be used if players wanted the map to be changed sooner.

As for power rounds, I have always wanted something like this to be on TTT, I have a few ideas in mind for how I may do this, if I do decide to implement such a feature. Consider this accepted!
