Add a warning system to the forums

How would it benefit the server:
this could be extremely beneficial if this was added it would notify the user what they are doing wrong

Potential Issues/Exploits:
i don't there could be issues

Additional notes:
please add this i know xnator is gonna quickly deny this but it would be extremely helpful
