Suggestion Title:
remove velocity restriction

How would it benefit the server:
bhopping is what made the server fun and the competitiveness made it really fun to play the server
now its not that fun to play especially wheres there's no competitiveness for it.
it was really fun racing aganist other players trying to get 1st its not fun anymore
