Suggestion Title: Make the big prison purchasable

How would it benefit the server: Fucking cool place that is being unused

Potential Issues/Exploits: Nope

Additional notes: Would love to see some huge bases in the whole prison, would be amazing for huge raids

Rename the district to 'Abandoned Prison', there's some great mega basing potential there especially with some cool af watch towers

Was legit thinking the same when i first saw that place. Would love to use that as a base.

Honestly, I agree with this one. The prison isn't used just now when people get arrested. This place has so much potential to be an amazing mega-base.

The defenses would make it enormously advantageous, while simultaneously not broken or impregnable.

I haven't seen the prison yet because banned, but it sounds like a cool location for basing
