Server Name: Prop Hunt

Suggestion Title: New map - ph_lampfactory_b1

How would it benefit the server: There are shitty maps on the server so, It would be good to substitute with that map, Its a big map with a lot of spots, And its not very hard to hunters.

Obs : No game content required

Potential Issues/Exploits: From what I saw, Nothing
