Miner Protection Character Upgrade

_{Brief Description:} This Upgrade is for Miners that are in the mines location, that protects Miners from Hit's and RDM this will make sure miners dont get rdm'd and they can continue to mine without problems. Tweaks to this upgrade will be necessary to make sure it is successful in doing it's required purpose.

Average Cost approximately $275,000,000 to $300,000,000

Reasonable Price
Protects Miners
Satisfies Miners
Protected from Any Hits in the mines location
No Staff having to deal with rule breakers and no players complaining

It is Recommended to have a [ZARP-NOTICE] in the chat when you leave the mines and when you enter.
This Will Require tweaks,fixes,Reccomendations/Suggestions in order to make it better and successful
_{Additional Improvements would be to Disable Prop Spawns in Mines and Props will delete if they go into the mines location} Maybe a cooldown when a player enters the mines until the upgrade is in effect to prevent exploiting and minges.

This Benefits the Players and the Staff, So they no longer have to waste their time dealing with RDM,Proppush,Minges and the Rule breakers.

This would include disabling suits in all mines locations.

I Would love to hear your suggestions so we can add to this to improve this.

This is my entire idea by design.

Any suggestion that gives miners immunity from hits/damage/arresting/stun-sticking will automatically be denied. We do not feel that giving miners immunity would be balanced in terms of gameplay, as this would just make it possible to mine indefinitely without any input from the user unless their game were to crash, which is not fair on those who actively grind other gameplay features.
