Suggestion Title:
Altering (reducing) the amount of "Casino Won Chips" you need in order to purchase featured items in the "Casino Chips Exchange". Or altering (reducing) the value of "Casino Won Chips" and "Casino Spend Chips".

How would it benefit the server:
More people would actually bother using the ZARP Casino.

The value of both chips is currently $100,000. My suggestion is to either:

a) Reduce the value/price of the chips by at least 25%.
b) Lower the number of chips you need to pay for the featured items by 1/4, at least.

Because at the current moment, all items you can acquire via "Casino Chips Exchange" are too expensive. Here are some examples:

GenCorp Juggernaut Suit: 10,000 Chips * 100,000 = $1,000,000,000

Minigun 2.0: 4,000 Chips * $100,000 = $400,000,000

Gluon Gun: 5,000 Chips * $100,000 = $500,000,000

Printer Booster x3: 900 Chips * 100,000 = $90,000,000

The real prices/value of these items (currently) are the following:

GenCorp Juggernaut Suit: ~$450,000,000

Minigun 2.0: ~$200,000,000

Gluon Gun: ~$300,000,000

Printer Booster x3: ~$25,000,000

So we are looking at double and triple values of items in the casino, compared to their real (current) prices in the economy. Combine these over-priced items with the chance of winning the chips, and you get a huge number of people who are reluctant to use the casino due to these unfair values.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
Probably the fact that the amount/values of chips will have to be changed every 3-6 months in order to keep up with the prices of items in the economy, accordingly.

I am aware, I was HA at the time. My suggestion isn't to make it so it's the same value as in the economy, it would still be expensive, though not twice as expensive, whoever would try to "farm" chips (by placing it on red & black) would end up losing money.
