Suggestion Title:
Buffing NON VIP Printers

How would it benefit the server:
It would generate more money, would help new players to get more money
Currently the printers make :
Topaz Printer makes 18000$ per hour
Amethyst Printer makes 27,000$ per hour
Emerald Printer makes 45,000$ per hour
Sapphire Printer makes 135,000$ per hour

In total it makes 225,000$ per hour

Potential Issues/Exploits: None

Additional notes: I'm suggesting adding 5-20% To all NON Vip printers
