TOPIC: plz fix SWAT

plz can somebody fix the swat classes becouse thay are fucked upp. first of all swat cant ask for warrant. second thay cant wanted peapole. thay cant set jailpos. and more things that the normal cops can do and i mean if your a mod/vip you got a class that's not good so ya
