What are the potential positives and negatives?:
-Make people farm their dumpsters in peace, so they can't being bothered by people /ME to ruin their farm since miners are except so why not hobo
-Ensure that the regulations related to the laws also apply to lockdowns, which is not stipulated here.

Fix Emp stinger that target ally and not ennemy

Sinz. If you are afk farming dumpsters thats your problem just dont be afk. Our CM team have enough to do with zarp classic instead of fixing every little thing so you can do as you wish

Hobos aren't exempt the way miners are because they're a fundamentally different job role with more freedoms afforded to them than miners.

We don't have a hobo killing issue the same way we have people who legitimately come on to RDM AFK miners. That rule was also mostly put in place because miners have somewhat valuable rippable items in their possession when they're mining. Hobos don't. They can dumpster dive without fear of losing anything if they die.

If you’re so concerned about “dumpster farming in peace,” maybe pick a job that isn’t built around being a chaotic, lawless bum.

Mayor Rule Update – The laws already apply to lockdowns. If you need that spelled out in a rule, maybe you shouldn’t be playing mayor.

Fix EMP Stinger – The only actually reasonable part of this suggestion, but even then, it’s a minor inconvenience at best. Maybe consider actual gameplay mechanics instead of whining over something trivial.
