Item(s) Lost: golden visor

Story: I was raiding a bank and then I got ice kinged. I was spamming my unequip key because there's a hunter waiting for me, as soon as i got unfrozen. I deequipped it on my screen but then it put me back into a stuck animation and made me stuck. I didn't know what was happening until I got killed and teleported back to where the hunter was eating my body. atleast that's what you see. I don't know on my screen it was different i stood up dequipped I didn't see visuals nothing and then boom teleported backwards and my icon of the gvisor popped up again and then im slowly taking damage. like the damage on my screen took late to come into effect. IDK pretty gay

Hey Clutchy

We discussed your refund request in the CM team meeting and have decided to deny it. This is due to the video being removed, making us unable to do an in-depth look at it. However, while the video was public, I myself could only see that it was just the animation that bugged out, and even if the animation wasn't bugged, you still would have died. There is also no proof of this so-called dequipping your suit and then it requipping by itself either.
