Story: I didn't know I had entered a "no suits" zone capture but I was able to equip my suit and keep it on (this has happened before...) and waited for a while and gaming troll came over and killed me in the suit, I respawned and tried taking off the suit however it wouldn't let me, because it was a "no suits" zone capture.

You were in an animation it’s intended for you to not be able to take it off during it

Now get ready for a shocker: you entered a "No Suit" zone capture with the "Eternal Zombie". The reason you could still keep it equipped is because the suit name doesn't contain the word "Suit", and the reason you couldn't unequip it was because the bind you were probably pressing was a bind of an actual suit, such as an ACS, which it won't let you unequip because you aren't allowed to use that type of suit in that zone capture if you were pressing an "Eternal Zombie" bind you would of been fine

You're unfortunately not eligible for a refund since you have lost the suit while using it in a "No Suit" zone capture, which shouldn't have been possible in the first place. This is a well known bug / exploit. If you have any questions, feel free to contact a member of the Community Team. We will fix the underlying issue in the next patch.
