Story: i lost my grappling hook to some guy rda:ing me for no reason at all

Additional Info: you can see everything in the video and i can give some insight to what happened before this: so he was rdimng every one around and i was chilling in the nuclear reactor when he came in and arrested my friend for no reason and then came after me for no reason just to "troll" and i lost it for no reason at all. and if you are wondering why i even had it equipped i was doing tasks as fast as possible and just needed some type of transportation because i wasnt thinking im going to lose it
