You are technically not in the casino and are standing inside the vault (if you can even call it that) which does not have the nuke protection.

Why the hell would it give you nuke protection? The downtown casino was nuke proof because it underground.. that thin layer of plaster couldn’t even protect you from an airsoft gun.

You're only protected against a nuclear launch in the actual casino, not in the vault. As far as I can see, you died in the vault and are therefore not eligible for a refund. I hope you still enjoy the rest of your day.
